Think I fried my dosing pump...

    Hey Dingo,

    Have you noticed that the Reef Angel's New 2-Part Doser Pump has the same pump assy as yours? I hope the same people aren't building it!

    Good job. Looks like all the water stopped at the relay board. If it would if made it to the micro controller below it you would have been screwed. I agree with you they did some shady soldering job.

    Thank you.. The only processor is for the LCD display & timer functions of each timer, very basic. Which two did get wet. On the controller board they got wet on both sides..

    So you're saying none of the components needed replacing? It was just wiring that broke/unseated?

    No need to be humble. Some wiring did need replacing, but no components. There was salt build up, rust, and still wet though.

    Just like anything else that gets wet, how long will it last I have no idea. Thank you though.
