Man John You don't know how grateful I am! You saved me a BUNCH of money :)

It's straight from china lol... Incase you couldn't tell! But it's assembled there and primarily sold in the UK. I have no clue how I found it state side.
Even when I opened it up myself I noticed how poorly it was put together!

Thank you so much! I'll let you know. It sounds like it is back to great working order... Minus the one screen (that was right where the water spilled on it and has been like that since).

No problem my friend, just glad I could help. From China? Was it built on a Saturday or Sunday?? LOL! I haven't seen such a horrible solder job in my life! THIS CAN'T BE UL APPROVED!!! There isn't even a label at the bottom!

One thing I forgot to mention was that two of the three switches that control the motor speed had come undone from the case, with just hot glue holding them originally I have no idea how this would happen. (I'm being sarcastic!) So, with my trusty soldering iron I reattached the switches, by remelting the glue..

As you can see from the pic, I completely removed the LCD assy from that timer & cleaned all the contact points. It's a hair better, but still dimmer than the rest..

The motors work fine & when I was testing them I had the dosing pumps off. I didn't want to run them dry. I don't know of it matter, but didn't want to chance it.

Thank you sir.. :) This repair was not for the faint at heart. You must know what you are doing & every single time I moved a board, a wire would break & I would have to strip the wire, tin it, & resolder it. When I could mind you, some wires I had to completely replace because they were too short or salt had entered into the wire and corroded it.

The wire I used? An old floppy drive ribbon data cable, which is what they had used (ribbon cable). I just cut off the connectors & used what I needed, section by section..
