    Curious, how did you find this website. Googling it gives almost no results except for the guys page. No reviews or any info at all on this guy.

    Since the seller is based out of New Jersey why not look up state laws in terms of sales of animals and see if anything can help back you up on forcing him to comply with the DOA policy. Legal action can be expensive. But possibly he broke some bylaw or something by not honoring a policy associated with his business.

    His DOA policy is a key factor in his business model because if he didnt have one,no one would buy off him.

    Not sure if this makes sense or is possible, just a thought.

    Also, there may be state laws that enforce a warranty even if the seller doesn't offer one. Just a thought.

    I would of given him a little more time before disputing. It seems like he is slimy in general, but just my experience with these situations. Sorry about your fish and loss
