    It's important for other hobbyist to be aware of this sellers dealings and know to steer clear of any business with him. For me, it's more principal, than money.

    Sorry to hear about your trouble. This is exactly why I'm very particular about who I order from online. If I don't see literally a ton of positive feedback, on forums as well as the seller's website, I don't order. Period.

    That's horrible. It would be nice to find out where the store is......ok nevermind. I hate shady buisness owners.

    The best way to deal with such businesses, is spread the word, making other hobbyist aware of what to expect from this guy.

    A polite letter from a Lawyer usually works and if was an interstate sale your Sates Atty Office may be interested in a Interstate cyber Fraud Case.

    ^^+1 - excellent idea on the lawyer letter. Spreading the word is definitely an effective method, but this guy needs to be called out that he can't just continue on with poor practices and assume he's "covered."
