ok, I should revise this. I used to play the trumpet, saxamophone (junior high) and tried the guitar.

I blame my moms for the range of music. Growing up, she took me to see The Rolling Stones (steel wheels tour), Weird Al (4 times), Kenny G, Eric Clapton (OMG), The Beach Boys and probably some others. Then when I was in 8th grade, Faith No More's Live at the Brixton Academy came out and that sealed the deal. I still listen to it, today, in fact. However, Mike Patton has many outlets of music. So, naturally when I started finding this out, I had to explore and I am super stoked that I did. It's been nothing but awesomeness. Music that can give you chills is something else.

I'm always on the hunt for new music, I can tell when I stall out, I get antsy about it. I still listen to the library, but it's always fun to find something different that moves you.

well, that went into the deep end! haha o_O

My mom was my biggest influence too.

A couple months ago I went to see Fleetwood Mac in San Diego, it was at the university, tickets were expensive. There were some college students in the audience and when you asked them why they came to see Fleetwood Mac the answer was almost always "because my mom used to listen to them".

My sons first concert was Neil Young and Crazy Horse.
