The wifes tank update new pics 4/4/16

Got the retro kit in and created a fairly easy bracket to attach onto my led unit and hang the T5 kit. Bulbs are the E5 but also waiting for blue + and purple + to come in. Not sure what I will stick with but here you go.

 

Wow, I didn't expect those bulbs to look so good. It would be nice to see what the par difference is against the blue plus

 

I have talked to a local LFS about par meter but they do not rent out but will come out and check the par for $35 bucks.
One of the guys in the local club has one he said he would rent out. I just need to get down to pick it up which is an hour away. On call this week and do not have the blue and purple plus yet anyways. Maybe next weekend I will grab it. I want to do a few different readings so don't want to be rushed by LFS.

Running them 4 hours a day at this point.
