    I continue to ask for tracking numbers.

    i got my light today....................HUGE PROBLEM !!!!!!!! it has a european plug on it is totaly unusable....let me know if you get the same BioCube

    Hahah!! I had that feeling in the bottom of my gut since they don't sell products to the US at the moment.

    Please take a picture of the transformer and see if it supports 120v-240v.

    Wow. I didn't see that one coming. :p Good grief. Looks like the plug can be removed from the transformer? That would make it seem that you could replace it. The other route is to get an adapter for that plug. A quick look and I see them at Radio shack - I'd call to see if they have in the store as this says web only: Lenmar AC5 AC Plug Adapter Set : Plug Adapter Sets | RadioShack.com
