I don't know if I need more flow. My soft corals can only take so much flow or they might get knocked over. I'm looking for a well thought out design that makes sense to me. I think that as far as the korelia's on the back wall goes, they're aimed only 24" away from the front glass. I get the algae on the front glass and has to be cleaned every other day. I was wondering if I need 4 powerheads or would 2 stronger ones suffice? I'm open to suggestion but prefer to not pay more than $200 because I have to get 16 T5 bulbs in the near future and that should cost about $375. Open to suggestion...

I've looked at the powerheads on fostersandsmith and I was wondering about the koralia magnum series given the size tank I have. Maybe a couple of Magnum 6's or 7's. Is this overkill? What do you think? Or is there something even better?

    Apparently you can. LOL

That's fine. But the options are some sort of CL or an in tank powerhead of sorts. The issues you run into with having a CL or loc line type flow makers are not worth it to me.

A few evo 1400's can do some good justice. considering you have lps and softies. So you dont need tons of flow.

Id say 4...... two on each side....

They really do have some power. 1400gph isnt too shabby.

I have two (One on each side)... and when they are both on they make some powerful water movement in my 90.
