    Hi, not long ago i bought 8 LED's [6 white +2 blue] made a plastis fixture to hold them, wired them in parralel and plugged them in. It was an experiment, that was 6 weeks ago now, and all my coral's fish and invert's look better, and the dappled effect is unbeleavable. The total cost was under £50, Give it a go...Regard's.

    Hi,
    It seems there are lots of comments about Solaris but what about the Galileo LED light system.

    Anybody tried and what kind of LEDs are they using.

    The LFS has since either sold or returned their Solaris fixture. It did produce good color and growth.
