Once everything settled in I'll post pictures. I absolutely love the parilis. Currently every coral I own is on the sandbed while I figure out this rock work.

    Hyacinthus Acropora.

This pieces is definitely different then my first piece. It's wild so I am hoping for the best. The Sarmentosa is a wild pieces and it's flourishing so we'll see what happens with the Hyacinthus. You probably can not give it enough flow. Still acclimating, not seeing the PE I want yet. The pieces was very cold when I got it.

Beautiful piece, my wild cut frag is one of my favorites. Similar to red planet morph but the polyps are orange-ish under actinics. Couldn't agree more about high flow, but then again, it's hard to find one that doesn't like the highest of flows.

I'm going to try to get Fox flame and pikachu Acro at macna.

Super cool acropora, Cheryl. I can see why you wanted to add one! My "Aqua SD" Candlelight acro arrived today and is now adjusting to my tank. Hopefully, my crazy learning curve won't kill it!

Yeah my last pieces was green and blue, I wanted pink and this is pink, so that is good

So you're going to MACNA. I love the flame.

Sps can make you want to throw your tank out a second story window. Just never give up, just because one piece does not respond does not mean others will not do well.

The best piece of advice I can give you is buy long time cultured.

    California Tort
    Oregon Tort.
    Red Planet, Green Planet.
    Joe the Coral.
    Borealis
    Most Nasuta or Tenuis
    Valida
    Garf, or most Tri-color
Pink Lemonade or Shades of Fall, which could be Nasuta.

Wild pieces I am always reluctant to buy.

I'm not going, but a friend is going "for me," hopefully he'll grab some nice pieces for me.

I agree, SPS can cause some serious strife and grief, but there is nothing more rewarding than seeing years old colonies grown from frags, and how fast they grow too.

I'm already pretty excited that I managed to reverse the damage on my acropora lokani, and it now appears to be healing up. My stylophora are certainly doing well!

I still want a piece of that, it's one of the most beautiful lokani's I've seen. Stunning piece.
