I have a 4 bulb 48" Tek T5 fixture, the manufactured date is in 2010. I just lost the one "bank?" I am not exactly sure what the technical name would be but the one half of the fixture (2 bulbs per switch). I swapped out bulbs and still have the same problem, the switch that controls that side is still lighting up but appears to be no power to those bulbs. I plan to contact the manufacturer tomorrow but am wondering if anyone has any ideas on a fuse or something?

Sounds like a ballast went out... pretty easy to fix, and procure yourself. SLS is out of the aquarium biz now.

Already pulled it apart and checked everything I could. Switch is functioning correctly, and didn't see any open leads or other issues so as said I'm going to assume ballast which I found on Amazon.

That definitely sounds like it is your ballast.
