Tank temperatures...

    But what about the salt deposits that i get all around the edge of the tank. I try to get all of it back into the tank, but i know that over time, im losing salt. Is this true? Or is it such a small difference i shouldnt care?

    We dont put the salt creep back into the tank.. We just wipe it off the edges with a damp paper towl.. We havent seen any change.. Hope this helps some...

    Dump the salt creep. Use a refractometer and correct salinity as needed by adding fresh salt. Your salt creep is not normally that large to make significant changes in you salinity.

    Good news, the tank temp is down to around 81 now.
    I have a massive fan blowing on it now.
    The evaporation is killing me though. Im paranoid that im going to have a negative side effect to all this evaporation!!!! haha
