    On which test kit brand?
    And I feel your pain! My grandma used to give me the "I thought you knew what you were doing" phrase often when something on her computer needed repair... only because I set it up, she thinks that whatever she does should not mess it up... and if it does, probably I didn't set it up correctly and she wants a "harder to break" computer :p
