Tank been up for 14 days no sign of diatom

    Hey Dr. Tim,
    I have a 120 gallon tank with 50 lbs of cured live rock and x-amount of matrix in my sump, they guys that set my tank up added the ONE & ONLY on day 1, I then added 2 clowns, my tank is still crystal clear with no sign of algae or diatom, my ammonia & nitrates are reading @ 0, I see that most ppl say their tank cycles in 4-6 days, I'm @ day 15, no change, is this ok???? Is this normal???

    I am confused - what's the problem? You have no ammonia, no nitrite and no diatoms - enjoy and relax!
