Tank "Background"

Does not look like he has much Live LR!

 

That background will be 'live' eventually. That's a lot of surface area!

 

Another old one - did anyone find out what method he used & the materials to make this background?

I sent the man ( Rolf Bandsma ) an email, a snip from his reply follows:

" I didn't make it myself, it's "reefceramic" or "Riffkeramik"
It's a German product and for sale here in Holland.

I found a couple of sites about it, but I couldn't find one in English.

Wow. Thats unreal. The best I have seen yet. I want to get it for my 90. I need an english version of that website!

 

This is a backround made for a freshwater tank. I think with a little modification you could use these plans for a reef tank.
