Looking for some good words from our veteran members on tang recommendations. I would like at least one (maybe even two) tangs, that are not seen every day, as nice center pieces for my new system. I was thinking an Achilles, but seems like it might be more a liability than worth while. I have kept a Naso and liked it, but it seems every one and their mother now has a Naso so I am a little turned off to them.
I have been leaning towards Sohal or orange shoulder lately. Thoughts? System is a 200 long, with 55 sump and 20 fuge, so size of fish is not as big of an issue. Also, not really looking to sell a kidney, so black or gem tangs are out. I also have a hippo, so I would like suggestions to play nice with her ;)

Yeah, a little to plain jane and run of the mill for me. I would get a purple if I got anything from that species. I am looking for something a little different.

From what I understand sohal tangs can be very, very aggressive and probably not the best selection.

I have a very nice purple tang, however I am wishing I would have added him last...as I hear that they can be aggressive also.

I like the orange shoulder tang and the powder tangs (blue and brown) The ring tail tang is also nice Blochii Surgeonfish (Acanthurus blochii ) as well as the atlantic blue tang
