    Good to know how the battle turned out I may just need to try this.
    But I'm not sure you can with a nem or can you? so may not be able to on the nano tank.

    It didn't hurt any thing in any of my tanks but the red cyano.
    and i have a pair of rock (flower)nems, and it didn't even make them mad ...reef tank safe is what the box said, and from the 2 different times i used it i have had no problem other then the skimmer going nuts, last time a few days ago and about a year and a half ago the first time. it takes 2 or 3 days for it to fully work.

    I would have no problem using it again if the need arises. ;D
