T5 lighting for crocea??

    Here is a photo of my clam that I keep under pc's. I have had this clam for well over a year and a half. It is doing great. I never feed it directly, because any time my hand or anything else gets close it closes up.

    Beautiful clam....looks to be thriving to me! K+ for doing that under PCs successfully!

    Thanks. I need to keep it fairly high in the tank. It sits about 4" from the surface. Just high enough that when my pumps are off there is 1" of water covering it. The rock that he attached to is a small seperate rock so it is easily moved. But it does seem to like it there.

    That crocea seems to be pretty happy. I have seen several kept under PC long term, but when those same croceas are kept under more light (MH or T5) then they get even nicer colorations popping out.
