Super loud Protein Skimmer pump. Is there a fix?

    Hi fathboy and welcome to 3reef.

    Sounds like it could be an impeller issue. I am not familiar with that skimmer however. It will eventually fail if it's the impeller. Something could be rattling around in the pump or the impeller has broken.

    My suggestion is to start a thread and create a post as you have done here.
