Sump help!

The sump should be the whole section for the pump did you put baffles in the sump ? Yank them out I can't figure out for the life of me why people use a baffle in a sump . Hell ya you are starving the pump. I have a 9,800 GPH high pressure pump moving water through a 40 breeder sump and I have a Bullet skimmer that has about 3,000 GPH dumping in to the sump as it sets on top and I have yet to see a bubble and if you do ? the there are better ways to deal with them then a baffle . Just yank them and let it free flow. This is a step at a time fix as i'm not there to see how its piped and flowing , its a fix I just have to make sure whats wrong other then the obvious like the T.Y
