Well, this is getting down to the wire.
Here are some pics of the installation of the chamber baffles.

Tank is standing on its end..I have used the local yellow pages as a tool for acquiring the perfect space of 1 inch between baffle and partition, this is the bottom piece per diagram plan that is 4 inches.

This the second piece which is 6 inches that is leaving a 2 inch space for central directional flow thru from sump, and ending at 12 inches from base.

This piece is 11 inches, 1 inch from base, allowing for flow thru from sump to return and also ending at 12 from base.

Once again utilizing advanced engineering equipment to acquire precise results!! ..that's a candle..and a teacup filled with gravel we use as an incense burner..LOL : ) and the phone book....oh, and a bottle of rubbing alcohol that was the perfect size to prevent any drooping.

This is the result...need a few more layers of silicone...a couple added features for support and what not...but it will cure for a couple of more days now before I continue. Stand by. 8)

Alright, so here is what I am doing for some extra support to keep things squared up, maybe over kill, but it will have other uses as explained, These pieces I have assembled are removable and can be placed in any area along the length of the container. They will also have some acrylic wire clips attached once installed, so it may assist in sanitary and safe cable or tubing management.
    Here's some pic's

Material..The three sided box will be cut down for a water feed divert.
    6 x 90 degree x 1/4 inch clips..3 x 2 inch x 1/4 inch x 13 inch acrylic strips.

90 degree clips glued to 13 inch strips on each end.

Cut down the 3 sided box to make a 2 sided box..trim corners.

This is where the water feed inlet tube will go so as to divert water without upsetting the sand bed in the fuge if I ever what to turn the flow up for whatever reason.

    cross support piece complete.

All three in place...they can be moved around as needed.

    Fuge side..

    Return side..
