suggestions on a recipe for fish food?

We are also looking in to making our own food. We have a maroon clownfish, yellow head sleeper goby and six line wrasse.

Anyways, the book we've been reading suggests adding quite a few vitamin supplements to the fresh fish/seafood mix.

Do these have to be special vitamins or can they be vitamins say, that a person would take? Like a vitamin A that you buy from the grocery store?

Also with the seaweed....do you just get this from the seafood dept as well? Does it have to be a certain type of seaweed?

And when people say broccoli...are you talking broccoli from the produce dept????
