Help with stocking plan for my 14gal plz! It will be a mixed "reef" :)

Okay, first off the stock WILL HAVE
    1x Flaming Prawn Goby
    1x Candy Pistol shrimp

    1x other smaller fish?

    I would like
    1x pom-pom/boxer crab
2-3x sexy shrimp (colonies look so cool)

I'm going to assume that 3 fish would be a bad idea, but I would like to try to get a PAIR of the gobies. Would 2x gobies and another smaller non-agressive fish be too much?

Also, should 2/3 sexy shrimp as well as the boxer be okay with the pistol?

Let me make this less confusing :(

I am thinking of keeping a pair or the gobies as well as their pistol shrimp (probably a bad idea)

Will a pompom crab bother the pistol? And will sexy shrimp have a problem with the pistol or crab?

Finally, would -BELOW- be okay in a 14gallon (sand bed)

    1 flaming prawn goby
    1 green mandarin
    3/4 sexy shrimp
    1 crab
    CUC to be determined

The pom-pom crab will not bother anything. I love those guys but they get lost in my tank.

As for fish well, the goby shrimp combo is good for a smaller tank. If you are planning on getting any branching corals you might want to look into clown gobies, they are small and very energetic.

Sexy shrimp are fun as well. As long as there are not predatory fish, they should be fine, you might want to get them a small tube anemone or somthing like that.

I would say no to the mandarin because of their eating habbits...copepods will be not ample enough for its needs.

As for the shrimp, i would say go with maybe 3 cleaner shrimp rather than peppermints, i only say this because the peppermints are pretty shy and dont come out much, but the cleanershimps roam the tank all day long.

Bruce is definitely right that peppermints are shy and cleaners roam around. Cleaners are my fav shrimp!!!! They are always picking at something or moving around.
