I hear they are sometimes difficult to get eating. I would have a few different kinds of foods on hand to make sure it doesn't get picky. I'm not sure how your LFS is but mines pretty awesome, he brings the fish in and makes sure there eating before he sends them home with me.

Honestly, its really going to depend on if you're going to get corals and which ones. If you def are, than none of the other fish you've said are a great idea. They all may start munching on corals.
The reef safe wrasse, some jawfish, firefish, grammas, gobies, blennies, etc. I'd go over to liveaquaria and start looking around.

I looked at the Foxface Lo last night. I liked it. I'll do some more research on it with some of the others.

I looked at The Faxface again. Anyone have any input on the venomous dorsal spines?

They won't attack you, but the tank seems pretty shallow for one...
I would look into anthias too.

The water level in my tank is 17-18 inches. I also want something bigger than an anthias.

Most Tangs get too big for a 75g. I might could get by with a Mimic tang, or a White Tail, or a Yellow Eye.
