    Had you run any tests before putting them in? What did your results look like if you did?

    I don't you need to add more ammonia. Adding 2 mg/L NH3-N is a lot and the system is handling the ammonia to nitrite 100% and nearly all the nitrite. I would let the system run 24-48 hours, do a water change to add back some alkalinity and add fish. Once you've added ammonia 3-4 times the tank is ready.
