Urgent Starfish disintegrating

For filtration I use a 3 stage 50gal filter, also have a small power head for flow. Parameters are all great as specified by the master reef test kit I have. No nitrates, nitrates, etc etc. Salt level right around 1.024. I have a decent light setup with a timer and everything set to default, lighting is adequate. Complete list of all my critters are in a previous post above. I started feeding him frozen krill. He looks to have quit decaying for the last day or so and he's moving around a lot, a lot more active than he has been... hoping these are signs that he's going to survive.

 

ehh, it's looking grim.
