    Thanks. I will give the 2days lights out thing a shot. What about the Green Slimer being the easiest Acro to grow?

    Generally, it is an easy, fast growing SPS, but some people have trouble getting it to a deep green color.

    Really? Is there any where I might be able to read up on this a bit? My tank is SPS dominated but I recently ran into a bout of Chrysophytes and I havent been able to fend it off. Thanks

    It's a fairly common thing, I think people just forget about it. I know I do. Maybe it's too easy. :confused:

    Same deal with my FOWLR tanks. I run enough light to see the fish when I want to see them, not all day to grow algae.

    Hmmm....my coloring is more like a lime. Is that a sign of poor condition? It is growing fast.

    I dont feel it is a sign of poor health. I have a Green Slimer that is maybe 9 inches tall. Water conditions seem to make them change their coloring a bit but mostly I think it is each animal is different.

    This could be a lighting difference. But they do look a little bleached.
