    Hi Jason,
From what experience I have hade with crabs in my tank, I won't ever get another one, I don't think any of them are Reef safe. JMO ;)........................... John

Well that was a hitch hiker on an SPS Frag I got at a LFS. There is another one on my Tri-coloured Acro but I have to wait until my Wife is not around. I can't grab it so I'll have to go spear fishing for Crab

Yep those little hariy buggers that usually have the blue eyes are not the benificial type acro crabs. I did not know this either at first. A few years ago I had gotten a colony that like some others came with what I thought was a good acro crab. As time went on the colony's celestial polyps would always look battered. After a while I finally caught him red handed. I removed him and all was well. We have had the same experience at the store with these and another I had. So now when we get them in on a acro we promptly remove them. The "good" ones are usually smooth and many have a racoon face.
