SPS ok to touch?

    I have some of my SPS touching to balance each other out since i dont want to glue them down, i just want to make sure that it's ok for them to touch.

    I read that SPS dont sting so i think its ok, just want to make sure

    No it's fine but if they have growth (white tips) they can kill any other coral.
    Well that's what I've been told lol

    ok their new so i dont see any white growths

    but one of my SPS, my new staghorn is spawning, dont know why

    Don't let them touch period they can and will damage each other.

    Some grow fast, Some are grow slow lol Soon they will start growing like crazy tho ;)

    & Spawning? I've never heard that but hey I'm pretty new to SPS too ;)

    They can't? Mine touch & I have seen other people's tank full of SPS touching :confused:

    They don't in my experience as long as they are growing. Some won't be affected but they will be doing the damage.

    Oh that's new, Mine seem to be doing fine they grow like crazy lol

    there will be some that can co-exist and some that cant.

    i had a green mille touch a red monti cap and they did not like each other... at all. the mille was winning and i lost a part of the monti
