Yep it is a 1" Jason!
tang and otty:
its actually 2.8 dKH to 20 ppm Ca
correct ratio for Ca,Mg,Sr is 100,5,.1
and you can figure out all the consumption rates from there
the CO2 is used in the Ca reactor to lower the Ph to 6.7, depending on your consumption rate of dKH will depend on the amount of the effluent flow. if used with CaHO2 in relation with the Ca reactor they should balance out to meet the needs of the tank to keep proper Ph in the main tank. redox shouldnt be a factor regardless of the amount of effluent, both work together hand in hand.
my aquamedic dosers are not used for either the Ca or CaHO2 reactors
did you make the DIY for the reactor yet? pics would be cool.
did you put the CaHO2 back online?
It all done, just need to make it pretty
I'll get pics tonight
no I never put the Kalk reactor back online. My ALK is staying up with just the CA-R
Does it work good?
this isnt difficult, the people that have posted on this thread answer the questions, for those that havent answered, please chime in.
