Spaghetti Worm ?

    I have them all over my tank.... Spaghetti worms that is..... LOL...

    I don't think they get much longer than what you see in that picture.

    ALW, when we took down our 75g in prep for setting up the 125g, we had a lot of these in the tank. The longest ones we have seen have a body length of about an inch. The biggest issue that I had with them.......the wife does NOT like to look at them so she would take the forked end of our algae scraper and "dig" them out of the sand around the base of the rock work (you can't get them out of the rock short of pulling the rock and dipping in 1.045 sg water). So, many days I'd come home and find the tank was cloudy from her "fishing"....

    From what I read on the net, it would seem that over feeding and under cleaning of the sand contribute to the build up of these guys in the tank. They are beneficial in that they help keep the tank clean.....just disgusts the wife....
