    Thanks amcarrig for taking the time to search for the articles so they can help me out.I read the articles and that cleared up some things and will definitely help me out.

    Yeah im going to need it ;D. In most places i did research it say the flowerpot or goniopora lasts only about a year to two years so im screwed. Even though the article you gave me say some have lasted up to 9 years which highly unlikely in my tank.

    If you're willing to take the extra time and care to feed these corals, you won't necessarily be screwed ;D

    Since im trying to automate everything in my tank im going to have to build an automatic spot feeder ;D

    The goniopora has opened up nicely and i adjusted my return nozzles so it can have some flow but not too much, My yellow finger gorgonian still hasnt opened up its polyps yet, ive only seen one tiny one out.
