Mobile bay has always looked like "death". All that dispersement they put out there kept us from ever really seeing the oil. The barrier islands in Mississippi and in Louisiana caught the brunt of it.

The water has always been brown through mississippi into the Mobile bay because of the soot that flows down the Mississippi river, it gets kept in by the barrier islands.

If you ask me all that oil is on the seafloor waiting to cause our children all kinds of trouble. But that's just an opinion.

OMG today i was in the water and the red flag was up(high hazard strong currents) the undertow was crazy! Thought i could swim under this one wave before it broke but i went too late and it broke on me! I whiped out like crazy! I swear i was doing cartwheels underwater! My mouth STILL has sand in it.-.-
