Don i think you know every invert out there!!!

 

Thanks for your vote of confidence, Racer, but no, I'm grossly ignorant about a lot of the invertebrates. What little I know is mainly about Indo-Pacific prosobranch marine gastropods, along with a bit that I accidentally picked up about bivalves and opisthobranchs, and scattered knowledge of gastropods from other areas. I have collected many of the species from the western Pacific, though, and I've seen many more on the reef. That gives me a slight advantage when it comes to identifying encrusted shells with only a bit of the shell (or animal) showing.
