Slow or No Growth

I will post some pictures today to give you a better idea of what is in my tank.

The lighting as mentioned I bought the best MH 150 bulbs as was recommended by my local reef store.

My water flow is an AC 70, and I have 2 Hydor Koralia 240's and one larger one. So water flow rate seems to be up to par as mentioned.

I do however get some red algae lying on the sand as of late (3 months now). So I cut down on feeding a bit and did more water changes but it is still coming back. It does appear also on some of the corals, so a turkey baster to the rescue.
