Just got home. Derek turned the lights on for me. We have been kinda doing manual vs the apex for care in light timings. Derek and I think his eyes look alot better but his skin not a whole lot but a little. Derek Said he ate a little.

I have some food soaking right now Ill let you know if he eats some more. If so this would be a huge improvement.

No offense to Kevin, but I'm going through the same think with my Kole and was wondering: is there any proof that epsom salt was what worked? Did you add anything else? How do you know the tang did not become better by itself?

If you read about epsom salt you actually find out online at least that it Helps out with alot of eye issues. I did however add melafix which may have helped it but It didnt do the trick days ago. This was pretty overnight almost. Now maybe the fish is getting better on its own, But If it works and you feel it did that. Id go for it.

On a side note. He was looking worse daily. and to look better after adding 2 things to the tank. Ill take whatever one it was and give each full credit. Im just happy to see him eat.

IMO if it doesn't hurt, why not try it?

Congrats on the improvement, hope it clears up!
