    I noticed that one of the cleaner shrimp i have has developed a bubble, like a cyst, on its side right below its legs. The bubble is the same yellow color as its body, and it hasn't changed its behavior it still eats and hasn't seemed to be effected by it. Does anyone know what this might be

    Wait and see if it persists after it molts. Should be within a month. If all other indicators are as good as you say, no problem yet, eh?
