    Ahhh salinity might be the issue then, my params are spot on. Thanks for the info, maybe 1.26 is to much.

    Corraline. What's the word on your new tank? 40 breeder?

    I'm not proud of these results, but I'm not giving up. I also don't throw out the corals that look dead, I don't know when it would be time to throw in the towel, but I'm too stubborn do that.

    That monti is growing well, as is coralline. Give it a bit, growth will happen!

    That's great growth. My zoa have added 10-15 heads.........in a year.:cry:

    Love those purple palys, nice man. They'd look awesome with my tinkerbells.

    I say this with baited breath, but I think my corals are making a turn in the right direction. I have done some reading into the calcium/alk/mag combo and understand (beginning to) what I should shoot for and why and I am paying real close attention to get my numbers in range and keep them there. I'm starting to see an improvement, or maybe I'm wanting to see improvement.

    Speaking of coralline, just last week I saw the most pop up that I've ever seen. Some of those rocks were bought with coralline on it. However, my return nozzle and powerhead both have sprouted some coralline. I was surprised to see that.

    Like I said earlier, I'm not giving up. I get pretty frustrated, but still trudging forward!
