I just got a Z3600. So far so good. I have the light hanging, i like the spread and I think i get the programming settings.

I was wondering the recommended settings to acclimate an existing tank to the new LEDs. I have dialed it down some but wondered if you have a specific program you would recommend.

    Its a 75g that was running 4 T5HO.

start at 20%-30%. wait 2 weeks, then add 10% per week. expect a bit of browning. if they start bleaching dial it back a bit.

The one thing I don't like about this light is that the intensity is not measured in % but as 1-32 steps. That goes to about 3 steps for each 10%. Would this be correct?

Also am I turning down all channels to 20-30% or just the white channel? (White, Blue, Color Mix, Violet) Are all modes (Sunrise, daytime, sunset, night) reduced to 30%

    The default daytime setting is W28, B28, CM28, V20. Should my acclimation settings be W9, B9, CM9, V6?

I have the light hung about 12 inches

    Yes. Adjust intensity of all.
