    Things are looking real good. Corals are looking real happy and great color. You have some real nice fish also.

    Two reasons;

    1. I've been trying to track down a low grade problem I'm having that causes my growth to slow if I don't keep up a very high rate of water changes and the current gravel was added about the time the trouble started making it a possible offender, and
    2. It just looks cleaner. No matter what I do, I can't get past the fact that the gravel keeps my flow rate slightly lower than I'd like and traps mounds of dirt. Vacuuming is a pain and only partly effective. Best of all that nice flat bottom is now a place to grow more coral!

    Oh yes, there is a wrasse, but I'm also just lazy so I'll finish the job over time. I will keep some gravel in some cave areas for the wrasse. He sleeps there anyway.

    Just for fun, here's some PE in the waves. Sorry about the iPhone film quality.

    It's been a while. I switched from Zeovit to Red Sea. Had some teathing pains. I love and recommend Zeo, I just wanted to experiment and I'm starting to really like the Red Sea system. Tank is currently running for growth not color, but here are some snaps.
