I just picked up some selcon and tried it out of a bit of frozen food and some flake. Fish won't touch the food with the selcon on it. Is this normal? Will they need to get used to it?

Yeah, if you smell the bottle of Selcon, I am sure it smells like what it is...vitamins. If you soak the vitamins in fish oil it will hide the smell. I use kent's zoe on my cube, followed by the garlic guard and I have no problems.

Always keep all foods in the fridge. Vitamins lose thier potency after 2 months so be sure to refrigerate them. I keep everything in the fridge, i.e. seaweed, pellets, flakes, beta pellets, garlic guard and zoe.
