See Clear's Algae Destroyer is an interesting add-on for your magnetic algae scraper. The nylon mesh sleeve simply slips over your scraper block for an instant boost in algae scraping power for just $4. It works with acrylic and glass aquariums too. If you can't scrape up four bucks, you might be able to cut up your Dad's old shirt sleeve from the '80s and give that a go.

See Clear's main job is restoring acrylic tanks. And from what I saw, they do a really, really good job. Check them out.

Looks just like the dobie mod. But, at $4 you can't beat the price.

Thats awesome that they can buff out scratches inside a tank without having to remove the live stock, ect..
I've starting to accumulate a few hairline or "squirrel" scratches on my tank.. :/ Great vid!

This thing repairs the scratches in acrylic while also removing algae?

No it does not. It removes algae. Please reread first post. EDIT - I just reread the 1st post - my apologies - that was confusing. Their main biz is restoring acrylic tanks - that is not done with this scraper.

Yeah, It had me second guessing what I read a few times. Thanks for clearing that up.
