    true enough. I will follow the thread. I want to see what happens... I have 0 first hand experience with them...

    if i had to put money on it though, i'd bet on "consensus". but like you said, if nobody tries...

    I like a good debate as well. I just don't like to debate stuff im not well versed in :)
    This is a new experience for me so I will just have to see how it goes. Anybody wanna take some bets as to how long they will live?

    Again Im not trying to offend anyone. If you have soft skin maybee yo should not partake in this thread. I personally think they will thrive. So far my EXPERT only mandarine is loving life in his tank.

    I don't consider mandarins to be expert only. Unfortunately, I don't forsee your seahorses living for more than a few weeks. I sure do hope I'm wrong though. Good luck.

    I do not think they will make it past a full month :-/

    What was the official date you put them in your tank?

    Honestly, I think the first clue was the whole overflow issue...


    but we will see, eh? good luck and I hope i lose the bet ;)

    im taking all bet s and since every tank is different i'll take..... they will make it past a month , well what other fish do u have and any crabs or serpant stars ? lol before i put my bet down

    BTW - that is a pretty tank. Is that a patch of hair algae towards the upper right next to that big white spot?
