    i am trying to set up two new MH with lumen bright reflector, but i dont know wat is a single ended bulb or a double ended bulb mean, which one is better i am planning to use phoenix 14k

    de needs uv sheild, se doesnt. wider range of bulbs with se.

    wat bulbs should i use? i was a fan of the phoenix 14k bulb i want to use se since i can find it locally.

    personal preference depending on corals housed, and without a meter no one can answer that.
