Scooter Blenny in QT; food?

I FW dip and QT. The dip is to remove any unseen parasites. I also use methylene blue in the dip which is antigungal and antibacterial. It also increases oxygen transport for the fish in fresh water.

 

I have Mela-Fix and Prima-Fix, should I try those on him?

 

I think if you just QT for 2-3 weeks your ok. I'm just anal about my tank after fighting ich for a yr with hundreds of dollars of fish at stake.

 

Understandable, I wouldn't want to have to fight ich.

I'm going to dose with Mela-Fix for 3 days, that's what the bottle recommends for new arrivals. Or is it Prima-Fix, I forget, I know the bottle though.

I'm going to order some pods, too bad I don't have room for a refugium, not with the chiller pump and all the extra tubing.

I just added part of my clean up crew.

100 Blue Leg Hermits
5 Astrea Snails
3 Turbo Snails
2 Sally Lightfoots

I've got 2 cleaner shrimp coming in on Thursday.

I'm sure they will eat some of the copepods too.
