    This is the return compartment that sends the beneficially refugium treated water back to the display tank. The Mag 7 is the return pump.

    This is the 1/2" in-line ball valve I use to regulate the return flow and match it to the siphon feed from the display tank.

    Thanks for the pics Craig! Made more sense to see it .but what didnt make sense was nautilus comment on getting fuge water over to skimmer.Wouldnt that remove all beneficial elements?
    Thanks for the help!Lets try this again..... overflow to sump....where h2o is heated skimmed then pumped over to fuge then back to main. I hope i got it right.This will save me a purchase of a dual over flow ::)

    got it up and going. one ? should I have some water movement like a small powerhead in there

    Looks good, as long as you have water movement across the refugium you'll be OK.
