    That's a bummer, I'm sorry to hear that. : ( Try and find a fatty at your lfs. I picked up one for myself (Not ORA) and it's been doing great for a couple months now. I just tried to pick the fattest one I could find. I've actually heard from a couple people that their ORA did NOT do well.

    Seriously....kc, I am really sorry to hear about your loss. I know that you tried everything under the sun to try and get her to eat. They are beautiful fish, but it is sooo hard to try and replicate what they get in the wild.

    I'm sorry to hear about Mandy, KC. What about that warranty your LFS gave you? Can you claim it?

    How long do Mandarin Gobies live for?

    No. They gave me a two week warranty, and I had her a bit over a month...I believe.

    I think they can live quite a long time, as long as they have enough to eat. They usually die of starvation. That's really the only issue, other than that they are pretty hardy.
