Okay thanks. I have some mag, so I can try dosing. I'm new to all of this!

It's scary but when it clicks you'll be thinking "well I'm an idiot for being so confused!" I was anyway...;D;D

be careful doing. Mag is probably the most innocuous addative to dose, since it seldom outright PWNS corals of fish, but more that 100ppm a day and clams snails and nems get sketchy

Thanks. I am nervous. I'm doing a WC tomorrow which will naturally raise Mag, and since my mag is currently high enough for all my softies, LPS, etc. I probably won't dose right away. When I'm ready to try SPS again, I will dose.

Thanks. It was a bummer! My first loss :( I already got my refund from LA, so now I can buy another NON SPS coral!

Just work on keeping you parameters steady. If you have leathers and toadstools and want to keep SPS you will need to have carbon in you system to control their chemical warfare.

LA sure makes it easy when you have problems, love it.

Glad you got a refund! Sorry to hear you're giving up on SPS for a bit but at the same time I have seen some outstanding and colorful soft reefs!! ;D;D

Haha I'm not giving up completely, but just taking a break! I'm going to do some more research and all that good stuff. :)
