    They had one of these at Premium Aquatics a few weeks back. A guy asked the cashier if they were around 5-6 hundred dollars. Haha.

    Wow I need to get into the sump making business. Those are nice but extremely expensive.

    I wonder if the dream box will be available without the skimmer/pump option. That has to add a couple thousand to the cost.

    oh we are so getting this into our shop. lol

    I'm not so sure about the less gas exchange. It has a skimmer doesnt it? How much more exchange can someone ask for? And temp issues are easily handled with a quality chiller. For us here in SoCal, thats a must on any reef. You just dont get a reef without a chiller here....your s**t will die in LA. ;p

    I heartily agree...

    Case in point, this past weekend...sheesh. I dunno how peeps who don't have A/C got by.

    I know lots of peeps use fans, but once we went the chiller route years ago, we haven't worried about temp in any of our setups...what a relief. ;)

    As for the lids, I'd probably leave them off...when I have to get into the sump, I don't want to have to remove lids...the lids on all the tanx are bad enuff.
