    What is the RO only TDS before DI? That is the number that will tell you the condition of the RO membrane along with the tap water TDS which are both used to calculate the rejection rate. Any RO/DI should be capable of 0 TDS, at least for a little while, it how well the the RO membrane is working that determines how long the TDS stays at 0.
